Last weekend the "adults" flew down to Las Vegas to watch a boxing match. BJ, an old family friend (who I happened to babysit back in the day), is now a professional boxer, so we got to see him box. It was an eye-opening experience to say the least. Mike & Susie flew down with us and Debby and Curt flew in from Missouri. We had so much fun together.
My sister, Tammy, drove down with the kids from St. George and we visited all Saturday until we had to fly home. It was a short trip but packed with excitement and great company!

Wow- i can honestly say I have never watched a boxing match outside of a few on Rocky- it would be crazy to watch someone you know!! How fun to get a way for a quick trip!!

Sounds like fun!! I was just thinking about BJ the other day and wondered if he had any more boxing matches. I watched the one on ESPN several months ago and he won-it was pretty exciting. He lives here in Arizona next to my mom's side of the family. Such a small world! By the way, did he win or lose?
Sorry Jana - forget to mention that he won! I added it to my title to help people out. He's now 22-0. I must say the guy he fought wasn't a major threat since he was brought in last minute. The original guy he was fighting backed out that week. Anyway, it was fun for all.
