Today Kelsey participated in the school spelling bee. She made it down to the final group of 23 (out of 930 students)! I was so proud of her. She had me so nervous I was in tears. She got out on the word "goatee." Holy heck, I didn't even know how to spell that. Way to go Kelsey! You're the best.

I know what you mean about being nervous. I don't think I breathed until Shelby sat down after each word...Way to go Kelsey!! We've got some amazing brainiacs in this family!!!
